Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping (where available) takes 3–7 business days. Processing time is 1–3 business days before your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit our Track Order page and click the Track My Order button to see real-time updates via 17TRACK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All ApexAuto products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for details.
